At the age of 21, I won the WCAP startup award with my team for a startup project. When I was 23, I started my PHD in Computer Science, right after my masters graduation, working on a profiling algorithm that can predict. I dropped out of my PHD and founded BigProfiles: as a CEO, I built a team of 10 people and raised 700K of funding from venture capital firms in 1 year.

How companies can predict customer behaviour with data they lack
Companies know their customers just as consumer, ignoring their lives outside the company. A company has plenty of data about customer consumption and value, but lacks information about jobs, studies, interests, income. Leveraging statistical socio-economic information about population, personal information can be inferred through profiling algorithms: in this way, the company can use external information to profile its customers using previously unknown information about them.
Using Machine Learning on these profiles can predict behaviours, such as purchase or churn propensity.
